Join us for our 4-night new year retreat in the stunning Peak District.

Join us on our New Year Peak District yoga retreat!  Spend 4 nights, 5 days over the new year taking time out for you to restore after a busy year with yoga, amazing hikes, stunning scenery and delicious food to feel energised and ready for 2024.

You will be staying in a beautiful venue that has been finished to a high standard of modern comfort, situated in the Derbyshire Dales.  With uninterrupted views across the valleys of the Peak District, you can do as much or as little as you like on our retreats, so relax by the open fire on one of the many cosy sofas, or enjoy the great outdoors on hikes.

Our days on this Peak District Retreat will be filled but relaxing! Included in the price are two guided hikes with qualified mountain guides directly from the house.  We will also enjoy an intentions workshop for the year ahead, a new year celebration evening on new years eve, delicious plant-based meals, and yoga to nourish both body and soul.

At our Peak District Retreat, a twin/double room is for two people sharing either two single beds or a double bed. If this option isn’t available on the website please email us to ask for availability.



On our New Year Peak District yoga retreat, arrival is from 4 pm on Friday 29th December. This allows time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6 pm.  Dinner will be served at 8.00 pm.

The retreat will then end at 10am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 after a shorter yoga class and brunch.

Morning yoga class to energise

Brunch of warm and cooked vegan and veggie options

10.30am - 2pm
30th December: Guided hike in the Peak District with qualified hiking guides with packed lunch, chill time until yoga

10.30am - 4pm
31st December: setting intentions workshop and a guided hike with packed lunch

5pm - 12am
New Year Eve: evening yoga, 4 course dinner and celebrations

10.30am - 4pm
1st January: Rest day, relax, read, sleep, take a walk and explore

5pm - 7pm
Restorative evening yoga class to unwind and calm

2 course vegetarian/ vegan evening meal

Fire pit, get snuggly with blankets and hot choccy if weather permits

Louise is a warm and enlightening teacher who uses yoga to help you feel good! Louise has spent time in  India, where she studied and practiced yoga extensively- training to teach vinyasa flow in the foothills of the Himalayas.

About the yoga

On our New Year Peak District Retreat, the classes are suitable for all abilities. From beginners to intermediate levels, everyone is welcome. Our inspiring and experienced teachers are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.

The yoga teacher will create a more dynamic class in the morning to get you ready for the day’s hike and the evening class will be slightly longer to enable deep relaxation with more restorative styles.

About the food

All of our retreat chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their craft. We have always been a vegan/vegetarian company! Expect delicious and creative brunch, lunch, and a 2-course evening meal. Each meal will be balanced to keep you energised all day.

We can cater for your dietary needs if you are coeliac, gluten-free, dairy-free or anything else just let us know.

This New Year Retreat is suitable for anyone who'd like a relaxing end to the year in the UK. Yoga to relax, healthy food and time out to rebalance. Beginners are welcome to join us. The hikes are suitable for all levels with the times varying for 2 to 3.5hrs each time.
