Charlotte is a qualified Ayurvedic consultant as well as Pilates, Yoga & Ayurveda Yoga teacher. She has spent the last 5 years travelling around the UK & beyond as a Retreat chef and currently runs a planet- conscious, community-focused cafe space in Essex.
She is strongly influenced by explorative movement and has a varied self-practice from Jivamukti & Hatha, to Barre and running. Through this broad spectrum of experience, Charlotte draws together different wisdoms and principles that help cultivate balance on and off the mat. Her classes offer students lots of adaptations & options to provide a framework for playful exploration. She wants you to explore the capabilities and limitations of the body. There is a strong focus on strengthening the core, moving energy with kriyas, finding connection with our breath and most importantly, matching our hard work with lots of rest.
