Kent is a historic destination located in the southeast of England and is widely considered to be one of the most culturally significant regions in the country and famous for it’s beautiful countryside.
Our wellness retreat in Kent is sandwiched between Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells in the Wealden countryside, an area of outstanding natural beauty and rejuvenating countryside.
Our mornings will start with yoga and delicious vegan breakfast. After that, feel free to explore the prominent landmarks of Canterbury Cathedral, St. Augustine’s Abbey, and the White Cliffs of Dover.
The village of Chiddingstone is close by and is known as the oldest village in Kent and is testament to the rich cultural and historical heritage of England.

The best train station is Sevenoaks and is 15 minutes away from the venue by taxi.
We suggest travelling to Kent by train or car.
Frequent trains run from Charing Cross, Waterloo East and London Bridge to Sevenoaks Station, followed by a 15 minute taxi to the venue.
By car, it is a 1 hour 30 minute drive.
It is located 1 hour from London, easy to get to for a short break.
Kent is known for its rich cultural and historical heritage, as well as its natural beauty.
It is home to historical landmarks such as Canterbury Cathedral, one of the oldest and most famous Christian structures in England. The iconic chalk White Cliffs of Dover, several award-winning vineyards, the picturesque Leeds Castle and not to mention its renowned rolling hills, quaint villages and beautiful coastline.
